Insolvency practitioners
New data view and analytics into insolvency practitioners
We’ve introduced some significant improvements to our platform, revamping insolvency practitioners which were previously categorised within ‘parties’. Our team has worked hard to restructure this and turn it into a new dataset to greatly enhance visibility as well as introducing new analytical perspectives to make conducting your due diligence seamless.
As part of the Insolvency & Restructuring Module, you can now access a comprehensive list of over 750 insolvency practitioners we have on the platform, the total number of claims they’re involved in and those that are disputed. You can slice and dice this data through many of our usual filters such as application type and party sector. Additionally, you can see other key details such as their relationships and the types of applications they’re commonly involved in.
Access this list by selecting ‘Insolvency practitioners’ from the data section of the menu tab, and click on a practitioner’s name to view more detailed information about them.
You can also set up alerts for practitioners of interest either through the Alert Builder or directly from an individual practitioner’s landing page.
Application alerts
Create alerts to track specific application types
We continue to enhance our Alert Builder to ensure you stay informed about developments relevant to you. Now, you can create email alerts for different application types. Whether it’s summary judgment, strike out, security for costs, winding up or unwind transactions, there are over a thousand different applications you can now precisely monitor. You’ll receive a daily email update when a claim has that application type.
To set up these alerts, simply click on your profile dropdown and select ‘My alerts’. From there, select ‘Alert builder’ and navigate to ‘Application types’. Choose the specific application types you wish to track (you can select one or multiple) and create your alert.
If you want to see a comprehensive list of all the application types we have on the platform, go to ‘Judgments’ under the analysis section of the menu tab, and select ‘Application by type’.
