Document request matter code validation

Monitor your document requests with our new and improved matter code validation function

We’ve upgraded our matter code validation function for document requests by introducing (optional) matter code specification.

There are 3 options you can choose from:

1. Fixed format matter codes: This requires users in your organisation to submit each document request alongside a fixed format matter code – defined by you. Users will not be able to submit a request if their entered matter code does not match the submitted structure, or if they attempt to submit the request without a matter code.

You can also choose more than one matter code format – this just means users must enter matter codes that fit one of the formats provided by your organisation.

2. Compulsory free text matter codes: Alternatively, if you would like the matter codes to be free text, but still compulsory to submit a document request, we can configure the system to prevent users from submitting requests unless there is an entry in the matter code field.

3. Optional matter codes (default): This is the current default. Matter codes are optional – users can submit requests with or without matter codes.

We are able to switch any of these on at your request, so please do contact us at info@solomonic.co.uk if you’re interested in setting this up for your organisation.

Claim reports

Create detailed case-specific analytics reports at the click of a button

A much requested legacy feature has been reintroduced! You can now generate a report that assists in addressing complex questions about the prospects for a case. In one document, see settlement versus trial patterns, potential outcomes and case length, which helps add context for making informed decisions.

You can effortlessly generate these reports at the click of a button on a claim page. Alternatively, using the report builder, you can construct a claim scenario for a new or early-stage dispute from scratch and extract insights based on historical case and party behaviour.
