Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence Module
Our new Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence Module keeps litigators informed of current trends, supported with robust data
Built in partnership with Stewarts, we are proud to have launched our Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence Module that boasts data on over 20,000 claims so far. Until now, we’ve been publishing personal injury claims on an adhoc basis. However, we have been worked hard to bring you a dedicated module designed to provide valuable data and analytics for these specific areas of law.
The module enables real-time tracking of new claims and ongoing legal proceedings, supporting several key applications:
Market intelligence - Identify market trends, uncover new business opportunities and leverage personal injury alerts delivered daily. This feature allows both large and small firms to stay informed on emerging claims, monitor existing clients and respond quickly to new cases.
Client expectation management - With data on timelines and outcomes, practitioners can set realistic expectations for clients, reduce uncertainties and draw on case histories to better explain case progression.
Extensive expert, counsel and judicial insight - Due diligence in one place, enabling lawyers to review judges’ prior rulings, offering insight into trial tendencies and preferences, along with judicial comments on expert witnesses.

See the number of active claims during each time period
We’ve introduced a new chart that visualises the number of active claims across a specified time period. When paired alongside our claims issued chart, this feature allows you to map trends and patterns in claim activity over time, providing a comprehensive view of how claims evolve. You can adjust the granularity of the data and apply filters to interrogate and explore the data further.

Compare a barrister’s performance to the average at a glance
We have listened to your feedback and understand that the win/loss metric for barristers needs a meaningful point of comparison. To address this, we have now introduced a benchmark indicator to provide context for assessing barrister performance. You can see this on the overview page for any barrister. Similar benchmarks will be available shortly for other entities such as parties and law firms on the platform.
