Overview
“Global events cast a long shadow and this is evident in 2023 commercial litigation.” The past year was characterised by significant geopolitical, pandemic and economic events that loomed large over the High Court.
Solomonic, the UK’s leading litigation intelligence platform, has gathered a stellar expert panel of thought leaders from powerhouse law firms Herbert Smith Freehills and CMS, leading disputes funder LCM and top investment bank Stifel-KBW to put the past years disputes under the lens to examine trends and consider challenges and patterns for future litigation.
Our panel will draw attention to particular critical areas, including the ongoing Russo-Ukrainian war, the surge in banking and finance cases in 2023, the nexus between insurance and Covid-19 claims, and the implications of class actions, funding challenges, and the PACCAR decision on the future of litigation.
Don’t miss the opportunity to hear from industry leaders as they discuss a diverse range of critical issues.
